5.2 a6win accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, and UnionBank Online. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at a6win's discretion.
5.3 Deposits are credited to your a6win account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. a6win is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking system maintenance.
5.4 You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and reversal of the deposit.
5.5 a6win does not charge processing fees on standard GCash or PayMaya deposits. Bank transfer fees, if any, are determined by your bank and are your sole responsibility.
5.6 a6win reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks on deposits and to request supporting documentation where required by applicable law or internal compliance procedures.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your a6win account. a6win will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6.2 Before processing any withdrawal, a6win may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). This may include submission of a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
6.3 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
6.4 GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before the daily processing cutoff. Processing times may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to third-party delays.
6.5 a6win reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
6.6 Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only real-money balances that have satisfied all applicable conditions may be withdrawn.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude a6win's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
16.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
